Leo was terrified of the Jack o' Lantern I carved out last week, following Oscar's design: glaring triangular eyes and a spooky lopsided toothy grin. He kept saying, "I don't like him," and peering fearfully at it from behind one of the speakers, even in broad daylight. He nicknamed him Mr Terrible. So when I volunteered to carve out Grandma and Granddad's pumpkin today, I decided to branch out and try for something less scary. I'm rather pleased with the result!
