Mauritius by Oscar

I loved arriving in Mauritius because it was so hot.  I rolled my trousers up to my knees.  When I saw the hotel I thought it was awesome;  it looked a bit like Hawaii.  The pool was boiling, and there were tiny coconuts which I could throw in and dive in to fetch.  The sea felt like the sun compared to England.  The buffet was really nice;  I loved being able to pick my own food.  I had pasta every day for a week!  For breakfast I had cereals and pancakes every day. 

There was a club for kids, and we played a lot of football and chess, and after dinner we went crab hunting.  We even learned how to do archery;  I looked like Robin Hood!  The first week we went on a catamaran, and I sat at the front.  We went to an island and swam by a coral reef.  There were loads of fish to see, and I snorkelled with Tonton Milou and Marion.  We also went to see some dolphins that were called spinners.  We even swam with them!  One day we went PARASAILING!!!  It was beautiful.
