Skiing with the Robarts clan

With 9 adults and 7 kids (Peggy stayed with her granny) involved, including 5 in different ski school levels, a still-breastfeeding baby and a cousin on crutches to mind her, plus three flats on three different floors to house us all, this was always going to be a logistically-complex operation.  But the mountain is always great for calming the spirit, and once we got into the swing of it, it was lots of fun.

The kids, of course, had a whale of a time, flying up and down floors to visit one another, skiing like demons (especially Ash who is fearless and unstoppable), sledging, building snow forts, playing endless games of Risk and Monopoly...  Leo had his first proper taste of skiing, and after spending four days careening into his teacher at full pelt, refusing to get into a snow plough, on the fifth day he finally got it and even managed to get himself an Ourson.  Oscar consolidated what he knew into a Troisième Étoile, and Audrey learned to nap on cousin Guy instead of Mummy.

All in all, another memorable Robarts holiday.
